Dave Walter, Mountain Guide, RMI Expeditions
Dave was born and raised in West Seattle, Washington and earned an Associates in Audio Engineering at Shoreline Community College. He then served eight and a half years in the United States Marine Corps with two combat tours to Iraq. While in the Marines he was trained as an Advanced Summer Mountain Leader in Bridgeport, California where he fell in love with climbing and all forms of experiencing the mountains. He recently ignited a new passion for skiing. Dave is now attending El Camino College in Los Angeles, California, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Dave is looking forward to his third season with RMI.
