John Lucia

John LuciaThe mountains have been a lifelong passion for John since his early childhood. He began skiing when he was 11, taught by his mother in the Swiss Alps outside Zermatt. At the age of 13, John began climbing with his father. Ten years later he led his 50 year old father up the Exum Ridge of the Grand Teton.

John has followed his passion for the mountains to the far reaches of the earth. The Mount McKinley expeditions that he has guided are 100% successful to the 20,320-foot peak. He brings extensive knowledge to his current position as a senior guide with RMI.
