Nate Disser
Nate has climbed and guided extensively in North America and abroad. He began guiding in the St. Elias Mountains and has also guided on Mt. Rainier and Denali. He lives in Durango, Colorado where he owns and operates Southwest Adventure Guides LLC, which offers guiding and instruction in the San Juan Mountains, home to some of the best ice climbing, backcountry skiing, alpine climbing, rock climbing, and backpacking in the lower 48. He has a BA in Psychology and a BA in Organizational Communications, is a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and AIARE Level 3 Avalanche Certified. He is also an AMGA Certified Rock & Alpine Guide.
