Tyler Reid
Tyler was born in Auckland, New Zealand, and spent his first year living on a sailboat. He grew up in Port Townsend, Washington, with the Olympic Mountains in his backyard. His guiding career began at the age of 16 as a sea kayak guide. He’s lived in New Zealand and Hawaii and he enjoys skiing, surfing, and reggae music. He is currently pursuing certification as an AMGA Ski Mountaineering Guide.

- Mount Rainier (14,410'), many ascents via 7 different routes, including winter ascents and ski descents
