Solveig Waterfall, Mountain Guide, RMI Expeditions
A native of Washington State, Solveig grew up at Alpental Ski Area and began spending time in the outdoors at an early age. She developed a passion for the mountains while climbing and backcountry skiing with her parents throughout the Cascades.
After graduating from college in Colorado, Solveig spent time ski patrolling and guiding in the Sierra’s before moving back to the Seattle area. She guides year-round, teaching avalanche courses and ski guiding in the winter.
When not guiding, Solveig enjoys skiing, climbing, running, yoga, and spending time doing any of the above with her husband.
