Ben Porter

Ben originally hails from Rockport, Massachusetts far from the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Growing up he was exposed to the White Mountains of New Hampshire through hiking and backcountry skiing with his parents and just like that the hook was sunk. After graduating high school Ben moved to Bozeman, Montana to attend Montana State University and grow his mountain skills. During his time in college Ben has managed to climb and ski countless lines across southwest Montana, the Tetons, Wasatch, PNW, and places as far away as Ecuador, Tanzania, and the Himalayas, all while working towards a degree in Microbiology. When not climbing or skiing Ben can be found sailing on boats of all sizes all around the East Coast. Ben is currently wrapping up his final year of school and is excited to teach others the skills to move confidently through the mountains!
