Rylee Ericson
Rylee grew up on the East Coast with a lifelong love for the outdoors. While earning degrees in Environmental Science and Economics, she spent her summers guiding in Alaska, quickly discovering that roaming around outside became more exciting when she traded the rolling hills of Appalachia for the mountains of coastal Alaska. Over the course of her guiding career, she has led rock climbing, ice climbing, canyoning, backpacking, and mountaineering trips across Alaska, British Columbia, New Zealand, and Washington. During her time at university in her home state of Pennsylvania, she was deeply involved in the climbing community, instructing and leading group climbing trips most weekends. Rylee is quite fond of anything that gets her outside, and enjoys climbing, hiking, and biking on her days off. She aspires to increase access to the outdoor industry and create inclusive spaces in outdoor recreation.
