Cal Seeley

Born and raised in Western New York, Cal always looked forward to the occasional weekend trips throughout his childhood to the Adirondacks. Hiking soon led to the vertical world and he started ice climbing when he was in high school. Cal sees spending time in mountains as a catalyst for positive personal change, which led him to study adventure sports at a university level through SUNY Plattsburgh’s Expeditionary Studies program. He is eager to facilitate growth amongst those interested in climbing so they can seek their own adventures in a safe and thoughtful way.
